Notice of 2015 Annual Homeowner's Meeting

MARYMOOR HILL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 10, 2015 (TUESDAY)

The Annual Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Marymoor Hill Homeowner’s Association (the “HOA”) will be held at 7:00 p.m. on TUESDAY, February 10, 2015 at the Redmond Public Library located at 15990 NE 85th Street for the following purposes:

1. SPECIAL REPORT BY THE REDMOND POLICE DEPARTMENT ON MARYMOOR HILL PROPERTY CRIMES
2. Review the financial statements of the HOA for the year ended 12/31/14;
3. Elect a director to the Board of the HOA in accordance with the By-Laws;
4. Adopt and approve the HOA 2015 budget, the 5 year budget and the intended use of HOA reserve funds;
5. ACC and Neighboorhood Watch reports;
6. Transact any other business that may properly come before the Meeting.

Only homeowners of record at December 31, 2014, who are current on their payment of dues will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.

If you cannot attend the meeting in person please return a proxy (mailing address is PO Box 712, Snoqualmie, WA 98065).

Proxies must be received by the HOA by 3:00 p.m. on February 10, 2015.
